Under new ownership and management, the property has been thoughtfully enhanced to elevate the guest experience. Recent upgrades include seamless self-check-in, enhanced soundproofing, new flooring, and brand-new appliances, creating a stay that feels both refined and effortless.

Just moments away lies Blacks Beach, the dog-friendly eastern portion of Twin Lakes State Beach. This scenic shoreline stretches along coastal bluffs and overlooks the Santa Cruz Harbor, offering breathtaking Pacific views and a relaxed local atmosphere. Guests can enjoy sunset walks along the sand, swimming, fishing, or harbor strolls, while seasonal fire pits create the perfect setting to watch the sun dip into the ocean.

Because the property faces E Cliff Drive, a lively coastal road, guests may hear passing cars, bicycles, and music from beachgoers enjoying the scenic drive—part of the vibrant seaside character of the neighborhood.

Parking

• Guests enjoy complimentary on-site parking in Bella Notte’s private lot
• One space per studio (first-come, first-served)
• 12 total spaces for 12 studios, including two ADA-accessible spaces
• Free street parking is available if the lot is full
• On busy beach days, public parking near the shoreline can be limited. We recommend enjoying the short 4–6 minute walk to the sand

- Artisan Farmer’s Market just steps away (Sunday 9 am – 1 pm)
- 15-minute drive to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk via town roads
- 45-minute scenic walk to the Boardwalk via the Murray Street Bridge overlooking the Marina (under construction)
Please note: travel time to the Boardwalk is normally shorter via Murray Street Bridge, which is currently longer due to temporary rotating one-way traffic - expected to fully reopen in September 2026

• One large pet or two small pets permitted per stay
• Pet fee applies per pet, per stay
• Pets must be disclosed when booking
• Pets should not be left unattended, even crated or allowed on furniture
• Certified service animals are not subject to pet fees
• Pet food and water bowls, splash mats, and pet towels are provided in each unit
• Chilled and filtered SIBAYS dog water fountain awaits your pet's refreshment outside

Thoughtful Amenities

To ensure a comfortable stay for every guest, we also offer:
- Pack ’n Play with organic cotton, fitted baby sheets, and a high chair available upon request (subject to availability, please reserve in advance)
- Commercial ice maker and in-unit ice buckets
- Exterior security cameras for guest safety
