Good to know here

  • Units 14–15 access via cast-iron gates from De La Vina Street; Units 12–13 via gates at the rear. Gates auto-unlock 8 AM–10 PM, lock overnight (unlock with your 4-digit unit PIN), and auto-unlock in a power outage for safety.
  • Common areas: bistro tables by the creek (exclusive to Units 10–11, shared otherwise), a foyer bistro table (exclusive to Units 14–15), a high-top deck (exclusive to Units 12–13), and a roof deck open to all units. The roof deck is a quiet zone at all times, access limited to 8 AM–10 PM, no unregistered guests, use at own risk. It's an HOA-monitored neighborhood with long-term elderly residents; extra noise diligence is asked for specifically because of this.
  • In-room safe with a settable 3–8 digit code.
  • Studio skylights are remote-operated for room darkness.
  • Ice machine in the covered parking garage, left of the entrance.
