Your unit's private network name (e.g. "Casa Iglesia [unit]") and password are sent in your check-in email/SMS before arrival, or scan the in-unit QR code. A complimentary network, "Casa Iglesia Guest" is also available.
Complimentary, first-come-first-served, one vehicle per unit. Free street parking if the lot is full. Staff cannot reserve spaces or ask guests to move vehicles.
Wednesdays 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM on our side of Chapala Street (the southwest side). The opposite side is swept Thursdays 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Posted signs govern.
8 Tesla Universal Wall Connectors (NACS + J1772) throughout the lot, $0.30/kWh. Tesla users connect automatically through the Tesla app; non-Tesla users create an account.
2 pets max per unit, $75 per pet, paid in advance. $250 fine for an unauthorized pet. In Santa Barbara the pet fee shows as $84 on the invoice, which is the $75 fee plus 12% TOT.
Shared commercial Speed Queen washer/dryer, ground floor near the elevator. First-come-first-served, mobile pay ($3.50/load), detergent provided, mesh laundry bags available (return after use). No in-unit laundry mentioned for any unit.
Yes. Every unit has air conditioning on a guest-controlled Ecobee thermostat (Heat / Cool / Auto / Off).

The Ecobee faceplate clips onto a wall plate with pins behind it, and a knock can back it partly out, which turns the screen dark. Push the faceplate straight onto the plate, lining up the pins, until it sits flush. If the screen is still black after reseating it, contact the hospitality team.

Pack 'n Play and high chair available on request. Reserve in advance.
Keyless smart lock; code generally the last four digits of your phone number, sent by SMS. Tap the keypad to wake it, enter your code, press the checkmark. Exterior building doors are unlocked daily 8:00 AM–8:00 PM.
No on-site lobby; no dedicated luggage storage.
Several beaches within 2 miles; State Street toward Stearns Wharf is closest. Arroyo Burro Beach and Douglas Family Preserve are dog-friendly options. Natural tar warning; oil-removal wipes provided in-unit. Inspiration Point hike is roughly 10 minutes away by car.
No BBQ and no in-unit fireplace.
New 65" Hisense Canvas smart TVs (55" in Units 3 and 9 for space). Streaming apps only, personal login required.

- Third-floor atrium: a shared seating area with a water fountain, open to all guests.
- Window instructions: crank closed with the lever up, then push the lever down to fully lock
- Trash: guests may leave trash inside the unit for housekeeping, or use dumpsters at the back of the property.
- Ice machine on the ground floor near the elevator; each room has its own bucket and liner.
