13 spaces in back. First-come, first-served; free street parking if full; one car per unit enforced; no RVs/oversized vans. ADA spot available with a valid placard.
Tuesdays 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM on our side of Garden Street (the northeast side). The opposite side is swept Mondays 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Posted signs govern.
4 shared chargers, 2 J1772, 2 Tesla, $0.30/kWh via QR-code payment instructions posted at the chargers.
2 pets max per unit, $75 per pet, paid in advance. $250 fine for an unapproved pet.
In-unit only in Units 4 and 13. Otherwise, offsite laundry facilities in downtown Santa Barbara.
Both heating and cooling via Samsung ceiling cassettes; wall thermostat, dimmable, with mode-switch instructions.
10:00 PM–8:00 AM. Neighborhood is HOA-monitored with long-term elderly residents.

Keyless smart lock, keypad code or text "Unlock." Some doors need to be pulled then pushed (or reverse) to disengage after unlocking.

Good to know here
- Active construction notice, current as of August 2026: there is an active construction site across the street, led by the City of Santa Barbara. Permitted hours are 7 AM–5 PM weekdays and 9 AM–4 PM Saturdays; none on Sundays or holidays.
- Board games are available in the cabinet under the living-room TV.
- Ice machine inside a locked shed left of the parking lot, unlocked with your door code.
- Unit 4 faces the driveway, furthest from the street, closest to the back lot. Unit 8 is furthest from the street on the back walkway.
Everything else
