Your unit's private network name (e.g. "Casa Riviera [unit]") and password are sent in your check-in email before arrival, or scan the in-unit QR code. An open network, "Casa Riviera Guest" is also available.
23 spaces in an underground garage accessed from De La Guerra Street. Mind the driveway hump on entry; low-clearance/sports cars should use street parking. Garage entry clearance is 7 feet. First-come, first-served; one car per unit enforced; no RVs/oversized vans.
Corner property, so two frontages. East De la Guerra Street is swept Mondays 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM on our side and Tuesdays 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM on the opposite side. Garden Street is a night commercial route swept Mondays 1:00 AM to 4:00 AM, so a car left on Garden overnight into Monday is the one that gets cited. Posted signs govern.
6 Tesla Universal Wall Connectors (NACS + J1772), $0.30/kWh, in the covered lot.
2 pets max, $75 per pet. $250 fine for unapproved pets. A filtered pet fountain is on the first floor next to the elevator.
In-unit (new LG stacks, detergent provided) in Units 9, 10, 11, 12. All other units use the shared "Guest Laundry" room (ground floor, next to Unit 13) via your unit's door code. Mobile-pay, $3.50/load, detergent provided, mesh hamper bags available.
Both heating and cooling via Samsung ceiling cassettes, plus a Pioneer air filtration system tied to the AC/heat cycle (can't run independently, per city code).

Units 9, 10, 18 and 23 sleep 4. Units 11 and 12 sleep 6. The other 24 units sleep 2.
Available in all units except Unit 27 (space restrictions), first-come-first-served.
Keyless smart lock, keypad code or text "Unlock." Some doors need to be pulled then pushed (or reverse) to disengage after unlocking; door handle won't turn until then.
No on-site lobby; no dedicated luggage storage.

Yes. From the underground garage to all levels, plus stairs. Does not work during a power outage; use the stairs. Units 11–12 also have private street-level entrances.

- Sleeper sofas with standard bedding in Apartments 9, 10, 11, 12, and 18 (not made up before arrival; ask in advance if you want it pre-made).
- Loft units have out-of-reach windows with remote-controlled blackout blinds.
- No anti-slip bathmats provided by default (hygiene policy). Available on request.
- In-room laptop safe with a settable 4–6 digit code.
- Power outage: pre-charged lanterns under the kitchenette sink; no backup generator; physical door keys available from key boxes near each unit's door.
