Your unit's private network name (e.g. "Casa Yano [unit]") and password are sent in your check-in email/SMS before arrival. There is no open guest network at this property, unlike most of the others: every network here carries a password.
Private, one dedicated spot per apartment. Spots 1–2 in the first carport, 3–4 in the second carport, 5–6 at the driveway's end. Compact vehicles fit easily; larger SUVs may need street parking, which is plentiful (watch posted city signage).
Thursdays 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM on our side of West Yanonali Street (the northwest side). The opposite side is swept Wednesdays 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Posted signs govern.
2 pets max per unit, $75 per pet, paid in advance. On the invoice this shows as $84, which is the $75 fee plus 12% TOT. $250 fine for an unapproved pet.
No in-unit laundry at any of the 6 units, and no shared on-site laundry.
Both heating and cooling in every unit; guest-controlled thermostat.
10:00 PM–8:00 AM.
Unit 2 sleeps 6. Units 1 and 3 to 6 sleep 4.
Available on request, first-come-first-served.
Keyless smart lock, keypad code (enter code, press check button) or text "Unlock."
No on-site lobby; no dedicated luggage storage.
Same general beach description as Casa Castillo, plus a property-specific detail: West Beach is within walking distance. A wide, sandy waterfront area next to Santa Barbara Harbor, just west of Stearns Wharf, known for volleyball courts and a bike path.
None. Apartments 5–6 are on the second floor via stairs.
No BBQ and no in-unit fireplace.

Good to know here
- Building layout: Apartments 3–4 are at the front with stairs; Apartments 1–2 are ground floor off the driveway; a further staircase leads to Apartments 5–6.
- All apartments have sleeper sofas with standard bedding stored in the closet, not made up before arrival unless requested in advance.
- White noise machines are pre-plugged in on the nightstand in every unit.
- Trash pickup Mondays.
- Power outage: pre-charged lanterns under the kitchen sink; no backup generator; physical door keys available from key boxes near each unit's door.
