Immaculately renovated modern downstairs efficiency studio, one door down from State Street. Enjoy the Samsung split cooling and heating system for ultimate comfort. Includes a flat screen smart TV with streaming and casting features. A private bath with a rain shower, kitchenette with Keurig, microwave, mini fridge, and a patio with bistro set complete this uniquely appointed stay in Santa Barbara. In an effort to support sustainable tourism and reduce our carbon footprint, we provide Public Goods toiletries, compostable sponges, trash bags, and green cleaning products.
NOISE DISCLAIMER: This unit is below an upper unit. It is possible to hear noises coming from above you. We notify the upstairs guests of this and let them know to please be respectful of their noise level to not disturb downstairs guests. Should you have any issues with this, please call our dedicated hospitality line and we will reach out to the guests above to remedy the situation immediately.
NO PARTIES: We have a strict 'No Party' policy-parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are enforced from 10pm-8am.

Our cleaning fee includes a professional cleaning of the house and outdoor space. As part of The Living Wage Pledge, we are committed to paying our cleaners fairly. A living wage is a minimum income necessary for someone to meet their basic needs and participate in their community.
Access
This is a self-serve stay. We provide contactless self check-in. The doors are all equipped with smart locks, a unique code will be generated and sent to you on check-in day.
This complex does not have live TV service. All TVs are equipped with apps (Netflix, Hulu, YouTube TV, and Amazon Video) for your streaming pleasure. The unit has fast wifi.
Interaction
This is a self-serve stay. We are off-site hosts; there is no front desk or office, and we provide contactless self-check-in. We have a dedicated hospitality phone line in case of emergencies (24/7) and our team is available on call, text, or chat during 5 am - 1 am to help assist you during your stay!

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before arrival for a full refund minus 3% credit card processing fee. Cancellations within 24 hours of arrival and no-shows are charged the full reservation amount.
To cancel, contact us using the details in your booking confirmation, or manage your reservation through the original booking channel. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Some properties, seasons, or booking channels may have different cancellation terms. When they apply, those terms are disclosed at booking and govern over the policy above.

A bit smaller than what the pictures suggest, but that's probably a mix of wide angle photos and my inexperience at judging spaces from pictures. “We had a weekend stay in Santa Barbara and wanted to be nearby the Zoo and Hilton for parties without spending a ton on a hotel. We found Casa Valerio and were very happy with our stay! It was located at the top of the pedestrian area of State Street so lots of cute restaurants and shops nearby. Check-in was a breeze. The suite was small but very comfortable and with every amenity - it was clear someone had really thought about what a guest might need...from shower cap to lots of clothes hangers, to cute dishes, to great coffee. The bed was super comfortable, which was great! The only thing is we had a bottom floor room and the guests above us were very noisy - hard walkers and a lot of banging while we were trying to nap. Next time we would request a top floor suite. Otherwise, we loved our stay!”
