Tucked away up a cypress-lined driveway, this stunning single-level 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home sits in one of the most coveted Mesa locations, fully renovated in 2025.
Enjoy a private, sun-drenched terrace surrounded by fruit trees, with multiple decks offering plenty of space to relax or dine al fresco. The spacious outdoor kitchen comes fully equipped with a BBQ grill, sink, storage, and generous prep areas — perfect for outdoor entertaining.
Inside, the gourmet kitchen serves as the heart of the home, fully stocked and ready for any style of cooking. The bright, open-concept living room flows seamlessly to the back patio and outdoor kitchen, creating an inviting indoor-outdoor experience. The primary suite features a luxurious king bed, a dedicated workspace, and a beautifully renovated en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and open-air shower. The three additional bedrooms each include comfortable queen beds.
Two main bathrooms boast elegant stone tiling, above-counter vessel sinks, and waterfall faucets. The home also includes central air conditioning and heating for year-round comfort.
This house does not have live TV service. The brand new 65" Smart TV is equipped with apps (Netflix, Hulu, YouTube TV, and Amazon Video) for your streaming pleasure. The house has fast wifi.
There is private parking for 2 cars under the carport. Additional vehicles can park in the driveway.
NO PARTIES: This house is located in a quiet community, and the concerns of our neighbors are our top priority. We have a strict 'No Party' policy, and events are not allowed. Quiet hours are enforced from 10 pm to 8 am.
*PETS: ONLY 3 PETS ALLOWED (N/A to service animals, applicable to ESAs). A pet fee will apply; pets can not be left unattended in your room. Please add your pet to the reservation, or disclose your pet to our hospitality team after booking.
Our cleaning fee includes professional cleaning of the house, patio/grill, and outdoor space after every guest. As part of The Living Wage Pledge, we are committed to paying our cleaners fairly. A living wage is a minimum income necessary for someone to meet their basic needs and participate in their community.
Interaction
This is a self-serve stay. We are off-site hosts; there is no front desk or office, and we provide contactless self-check-in. We have a dedicated hospitality phone line in case of emergencies (24/7) and our team is available on call, text, or chat during 5 am - 1 am to help assist you during your stay!

The most amazing part of this property is its location and natural surroundings, while still very close to downtown Santa Barbara.

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before arrival for a full refund minus 3% credit card processing fee. Cancellations within 24 hours of arrival and no-shows are charged the full reservation amount.
To cancel, contact us using the details in your booking confirmation, or manage your reservation through the original booking channel. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

“The house is awesome, the space is large and comfortable. We made some good memories in this house celebrating our daughter's 20th bday. The washing machine and dryer are dated but functional. The heating system is modern and v responsive. The showers are powerful. Enough parking space for 3-4 cars inside the house compound. The appliances may do with an upgrade but are functional. The house is so well done up that one expects everything top notch, which is why some of the appliances, cutlery can do with an upgrade to keep up with the high house standard. Will definitely stay again. Maybe next year to celebrate the 21st.”

“Driving up the beautifully landscaped driveway you'd never know there was an incredible house hidden at the top. Very private location yet super close to beaches, downtown, grocery stores, etc. The house was spacious and very clean. So many windows that it made the house always feel bright and light. Abundant outdoor space with a huge front deck with multiple seating areas and a large deck all along the back of the house with fruit trees and beautiful flowering bushes. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and an outdoor grill area that we used often. The host management company was extremely helpful and responsive, answering any inquiries within minutes. We are looking forward to returning!”

So many pluses… large outdoor seating area in the front and a large secluded deck in the back of the house surrounded by fruit trees. The house was very clean and spacious, with so many windows adding such light and brightness to the home. Equipped with everything we needed. Though the house was private and secluded we were within minutes of downtown, beaches, grocery stores, the 101. The hosting management company was amazing!
