Parking and EV charging (shared amenities):
- Casa Riviera offers free parking in its private underground garage, on a first-come, first-served basis; accessible by elevator to all floors; one parking spot per unit. Free street parking is available if the lot is full. 6 Tesla EV chargers are available for guests to use during their stay.
- Logging into the Tesla pay app is required to charge ($0.30/kW).
- Casa Riviera staff does not monitor parking spot use, and we are unable to request guests to move their vehicles.
Interaction and Access
- The doors are equipped with smart locks, and a unique code matching the last four digits of your phone number on file will be generated and sent to you on check-in day via SMS.
- No daily housekeeping; refresh service available for 5+ night stays (by request)

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before arrival for a full refund minus 3% credit card processing fee. Cancellations within 24 hours of arrival and no-shows are charged the full reservation amount.
To cancel, contact us using the details in your booking confirmation, or manage your reservation through the original booking channel. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Some properties, seasons, or booking channels may have different cancellation terms. When they apply, those terms are disclosed at booking and govern over the policy above.

Parking was easy, plenty of spaces and very safe, I was worried about if garage space ran out, it did not, but the street parking seemed to be super safe as well. The distance to walk to State Street for shopping and down to the pier is amazing. It is so relaxing to be able to park your car for the weekend and walk everywhere! My single only complaint would be more of a suggestion and that is to offer a snack basket with various snack items. There was coffee, tea and popcorn provided, but it would have been nice to have some chips, cookies or other snack items offered in room All in all, I highly recommend Casa Riviera and will definitely plan to stay there again my next time in Santa Barbara. ”
