Our family of five traveled across California, staying in multiple places - this one was by far the best! Beautifully kitted out and with lots of thoughtful extras. Just a short walk to the State Street shops and restaurants and easy to get to the beach too. Communication was excellent and we would love to stay here again!

Casa Riviera exceeded expectations. It was super simple to access the room and the room itself was furnished beautifully. The views were amazing during the day. Loved our stay here! Would definitely book again.

We can for a couple days during our family road trip. We wanted a place with a in unit washer dryer so we can to laundry without having to compete with others. The location of it in our unit was awesome. The huge bathtub was another nice surprise and was quite refreshing. We enjoyed the location being away from the busy downtown but still walkable to it. We plan to do a longer trip to Santa Barbara and stay here in the future.

Amazing location. Clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. It would be great if the unit had a luggage rack, but not totally necessary. My only other complaint(s), as others have mentioned, is the shower, which isn't well-designed (water spills out easily). Additionally, note that if you're parking in the underground garage, the entrance is a bit tight and you may scrape your car's underside as you're going in. This was a bit of a nuisance. Other than that, we appreciated the free parking and EV charging.

We enjoyed our three day stay. Our unit was clean, tastefully designed, the bed and sofa bed were very comfortable, kitchen was well stocked with appliances and our text requests promptly answered. We were in SB for a wedding and grateful to have found Casa Riviera.

We had a great time at Casa Rivera. It is located in a very safe neighborhood and is walking distances to so many areas of Santa Barbara. It is much quieter than your typical hotel with self check-in, self (free) parking, and all very safe. The unit was very clean and even had a washer/dryer in the unit (as well as detergent and dryer sheets). Everything was very eco friendly!

What a wonderful stay for our fam of 4! We stayed in Unit 10 for 3 nights. PROS: - shower caps (which you'll need if you're not washing your hair, cuz it's a rain showerhead, so either all of you is under, or none of you is under) - ear plugs (upstairs neighbors were late night stompers and furniture draggers) - sound machine for the kids (didn't have to pack our own) - free parking - elevator - ice machine - very modern and clean. nicely renovated all around. USB ports all over. - Nespresso (our first time trying it, and it's so good!) - kitchenette with microwave, mini fridge, glasses, dishes, utensils (to reheat leftovers) - sofa bed and king bed were comfy - super easy walking distance to State St and in a super cute neighborhood. - laundry machines and supplies - communication with staff was very easy over text - Unit 10 has a balcony that has a view of the surrounding hills with a cute table/chairs - balcony is not street level, so less worry about people breaking in where the kids were sleeping NOT-SO-BAD CONS: - Unit 10 needed to have the bathroom door closed the entire time. There was an almost constant buzzing noise coming through the walls in there. Once door was closed it was fine. - Shower glass door is one of those half-ones, so water sprays out onto the floor. Just keep your floor towel about a foot away from the tub to keep it from getting soaked. This will be our go-to spot to stay whenever we come back to SB! We plan on coming back to SB more often, b/c it was such a great stay!
