★★★★★

We had the absolute best stay at this apartment! The place was beautifully furnished, immaculate, and the bedding was unbelievably comfortable—we all slept like royalty. The location couldn't have been better; it was completely walkable to everything we wanted to see, eat, and explore. On top of that, communication with the host was fantastic—super responsive, friendly, and helpful from start to finish. My friends and I are already figuring out when we can come back. Highly recommend staying here!

Apartment was located in absolutely perfect location. You could walk to everything including State street, which was only a five minute walk, as well as the Funk Zone which is within a short walking distance, also able to walk down the waterfront in less than 30 minutes. The beds are very comfortable. The apartment was very clean and well equipped.Would definitely stay there again.

Casa Rivera was such a lovely place to stay, though a little pricey! The staff was super communicative and receptive -- always really hospitable and willing to help. We loved that there was house slippers and other toiletries on hand, if needed. All the dishes and appliances were a huge plus. The location is super central and walkable to the downtown Santa Barbara area and the Funk Zone. Having underground parking was also a plus. We noticed chargers for EVs, which was also very cool. Just a few notes: We had a ground unit with direct street access so we did have a random person knock on our door in the middle of the night because they got the room number wrong, so if folks are uncomfortable being so exposed to the street, get an upstairs unit. There was also a weird issue where the dryer was going off on a sanitize cycle randomly while we were gone, but management was really great in reassuring us that nobody was in our unit and it was an active issue they were already looking into. Overall, great place and would absolutely stay here again!
