- The doors are equipped with smart locks, and a unique code matching the last four digits of your phone number on file will be generated and sent to you on check-in day via SMS.

Parking and EV charging (shared amenities):
- Casa Riviera offers free parking in its private underground garage, on a first-come, first-served basis; accessible by elevator to all floors; one parking spot per unit. Free street parking is available if the lot is full. 6 Tesla EV chargers are available for guests to use during their stay.
- Logging into the Tesla pay app is required to charge ($0.30/kW).
- Casa Riviera staff does not monitor parking spot use, and we are unable to request guests to move their vehicles.

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before arrival for a full refund minus 3% credit card processing fee. Cancellations within 24 hours of arrival and no-shows are charged the full reservation amount.
To cancel, contact us using the details in your booking confirmation, or manage your reservation through the original booking channel. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

“CLEANLINESS: Very clean! Noticed a few scuffs on the bathroom wall, and a hair on the bathroom floor. Overall, the room was very clean. ROOM: Very spacious, as we also had two dogs, a playpen, and a crate. There was enough room for my partner and I, that we didn't feel too cramped. The view of the mountain was amazing! Love that we could open the windows and get fresh air. The bed was amazing (not too soft, not too firm)! There are also two different pillow types, which was nice. The bathroom and shower were also spacious. I do wish that the water pressure was better, and the option for a hand-held shower was available. While the rain shower head is nice, it makes it difficult if you're trying not to get your hair wet. Room is equipped with nice upgraded appliances (energy efficient). I love the kitchenette area, esp the small sink, mini fridge, and microwave, it was very useful! COMMUNICATION: Since the moment I booked, communication was a breeze. Everything is via text, which is nice. They do have automated texts for check-out, so if you have special accommodations (late check-out), it isn't reflected in that text. But I received prompt responses when I inquired. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Very easy, as a code is sent to you. No staff on site. SECURITY: Several security cameras on site, which was nice since there is no staff on site. PARKING: Parking is limited and underground. The driveway is steep (so lowered cars, do not attempt!). They have more EV parking stalls, which made it difficult to park at times, as we didn't want to use an EV spot. Street parking is available and appears safe. NEIGHBORHOOD: The neighborhood was quiet, as there are business/offices surrounding Casa Riviera, and some residential. Walkable to shops and some restaurants. It would be about a 20min walk to the Funk Zone. PET-FRIENDLY: Absolutely!!! Just wish there was an area on site to relieve our dogs. We went across the street, where there was grass. ”
