Nestled on the second floor (elevator/stairs), in a charming multi-unit Spanish-style property, just three blocks from State Street, this 520 sq ft retreat seamlessly blends historic architectural charm with modern luxury, minimalism, and convenience. Featuring a spacious private balcony with picturesque mountain views where you can enjoy your morning Nespresso brew or sunset glass of wine!

The Space

• Bedroom with queen-size bed, sleeps 2 (Cool Gel Chill memory foam mattress)
• Open loft with queen-size bed, sleeps 2 (Cool Gel Chill memory foam mattress) Please note: the loft bedroom has a low-clearance structural beam on the left side of the space, which may not be suitable for all guests.
• Two pillow types are available for each guest stay—a firm non-feather pillow and a softer feather pillow—for your comfort and selection.
• 65" and 55" Hisense QLED CanvasTV with Art Mode (streaming, casting, AirPlay - personal subscriptions required; no cable)
• High-speed gigabit Wi-Fi with dedicated network per unit + public guest network

Access

• The doors are equipped with smart locks, and a unique code matching the last four digits of your phone number on file will be generated and sent to you on check-in day via SMS.
• No daily housekeeping; refresh service available for 5+ night stays (by request)

Parking and EV charging (shared amenities):

• Casa Riviera offers free parking in its private underground garage, on a first-come, first-served basis; accessible by elevator to all floors; one parking spot per unit. Free street parking is available if the lot is full. 6 Tesla EV chargers are available for guests to use during their stay.
• Logging into the Tesla pay app is required to charge ($0.30/kW).
• Casa Riviera staff does not monitor parking spot use, and we are unable to request guests to move their vehicles.

🐾 Pet Policy

• One large pet max, or two small (excludes certified service animals and ESAs)
• Pet fees apply per pet, per stay
• Please, no animals on furniture. Do not leave pets unattended or crated in the unit
• Must disclose pet when booking or after reservation
• Pets will enjoy fresh water from the SIBAYS pet fountain with filtration system, located on the first floor next to the elevator.
