Clean, comfortable hotel in a great location. The property was well maintained, the rooms were spotless, and everything felt fresh. The location made it easy to get around and explore the area. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

My wife and I loved this place. Zero hassle staying here everything was fantastic. We stayed in unit 29 which had a balcony off of Garden St. my only complaint was the shower water was warm…. I prefer hot hot water, oh and the waterfall shower head as my wife had done her hair and couldn’t get it wet yet so that was the only issue.

Everything was amazing. We had a great relaxing tome staying there. Only downside is the driveway to the parking structure. It’s definitely not meant for lower cars. We had to park outside and move the car every so often due to the street parking signs. Other than that it was great.

We were very happy with the experience at Casa Riviera. The bed and bedding was so cozy. The decor, style and vibe was top notch. We liked the privacy of contactless entry and it felt like our own private getaway. Love it! We will be back

We had never been to Santa Barbara and we really hit the jackpot with this location. It was a pet friendly facility and we booked a unit with a balcony who’s was perfect for our 10lb Maltese. The unit was exactly as described and it’s location was perfect; walking distance to State Street, the Steave’s Pier and the Santa Barbara Mission. We stayed in the downtown for the duration of our trip and literally walked everywhere. It was a great facility and we had no problems whatsoever.

This place was really nice, location was walking distance from many restaurants and State St. Cindy bed, nice bathroom, balcony was nice, parking was easy, and room came with lots of appliances. We only stayed one night so we didn’t get to use most of them, but next time we’ll be better prepared. Only complaint was the room had a bunch of mosquitos! They didn’t seem to go after us and didn’t wake up with any bites which I’m horribly allergic to, possible the cold air from the AC kept them dormant? I also ended up taking most of them out with a wet facecloth and good aim lol. Place was great other than that, I’d def stay here again… mosquitoes and all.
