Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before arrival for a full refund minus 3% credit card processing fee. Cancellations within 24 hours of arrival and no-shows are charged the full reservation amount.
To cancel, contact us using the details in your booking confirmation, or manage your reservation through the original booking channel. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

“a very nice stay, nice space. they don't have on-site service staff, but they make that known up front. however not being on-site meant that even though our Airbnb was ready they told us it wasn't and was still being cleaned. however the cleaners on-site were quite clear it was ready. so, for the cost, we would appreciate if the offside service doesnt invent reasons why we cant check in. but again, they were clear up front about no early check ins, so its a minor complaint. overall great stay!”
