Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before arrival for a full refund minus 3% credit card processing fee. Cancellations within 24 hours of arrival and no-shows are charged the full reservation amount.
To cancel, contact us using the details in your booking confirmation, or manage your reservation through the original booking channel. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

“This was an ideal spot to stay close to the funk zone, stearn harbor and the harbor. Lots of nice restaurants and shops in the area and close to the beach. The apartment was clean and spacious. A kitchen with all appliances and even coffee left to make our morning coffees! It had a good sofa that we could pull out and turn in to a queen size bed. And a kitchen table with 4 comfy chairs. The bed room had a nice king size bed that was comfortable. The bathroom had a good shower, and lots of amenities like make up wipes, toothbrushes and toothpaste and others… Parking was nicely located under the building on the premisses. As it is a off site host all communication went by text and email. That was spot on, friendly and timely with great reminders and suggestions and promptly in responding. All and all we had a lovely time and if we travel back to SB we’ll sure keep this location and apartment in mind. ”
