Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before arrival for a full refund minus 3% credit card processing fee. Cancellations within 24 hours of arrival and no-shows are charged the full reservation amount.
To cancel, contact us using the details in your booking confirmation, or manage your reservation through the original booking channel. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

“Apartment 6 was perfect for me. I was traveling on my own and it had the right amount of space. The apartment was clean and minimally decorated—in other words, no unnecessary clutter. The bed was comfortable. The shades and curtains, however, are not light blocking and the sun and outside lights filter in. But they do provide eye shades. The location is convenient to everything. It’s an easy walk to the beach or to restaurants. It’s a safe neighborhood as well. Parking is tight. I rented a Tesla and it was tight. On days when someone parked in the driveway, I saw other guests not able to get in and out. There are no laundry machines on the premises, which would have made this an A++++ long term accommodation. ”
