Built in 1884, The Big Yellow House is a historic Summerland landmark once known for its beloved yellow restaurant and local ghost stories. Nestled on the third and top floor and accessible via elevator or stairs, Loft A features a private terrace with ocean views, a full kitchen, two king bedrooms, and a spacious living room overlooking the coast.

The property is conveniently located adjacent to US Highway 101, offering easy access to Summerland, Montecito, and Santa Barbara. Please note that some ambient traffic noise may be experienced. Blackout curtains and a white noise machine are provided for additional comfort.

It is an ideal destination for bird watching, surfing, picnicking, and enjoying the California coastline. A convenient dog washing station is also available after a fun day in the sand.

• Check-In / Check-Out: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM | Check-out is at 11:00 AM
• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM

• Early / Late Access: Early check-ins and late check-outs are unavailable. Guests will be notified via SMS should their loft become available prior to 4:00 PM.
